We all tell stories about ourselves based upon the experiences of our lives – how we have physical prowess based upon our winning a 10K race; how we can never learn another language save our mother tongue because we unsuccessfully took several classes; how we are good listeners because we feel others never really listen to us.

All of these stories become our ‘identities’ and flavor, from the moment of our creation of them, a lens through which we view the world for the rest of our lives.

But what if we could pause, acknowledge and review one of these stories, or identities, call the ineffable, the Spirit, the mystery, to intervene and retell our story in an entirely different way.

Then we would begin to experience the presence of the Plumed Serpent – that ancient meso-American creature of transformation – and be able to henceforth walk consciously forward singing a different song, telling a different story, for the rest of our lives.

In this on-line class, practitioners will be guided to find a scene from their lives and identify the story it tells, so that after the practice of some movements of The Plumed Serpent Form, they can write, tell and sing a different story about their lives.

Newcomers are especially welcome to come early for a short introduction into the work of the seers of ancient Mexico and the practice of some magical passes. Others are welcome to attend also.

This online class may be taken as a member of a Tensegrity practice group, or on your own. We encourage groups to join together for the class!
