| This class is dedicated to Japan, its Tensegrity practitioners and all those touched by the earthquake and tsunami “You must treat your dreams as you would treat your beloved.” - from a conversation with Florinda Donner-Grau According to seers, what underlies the realm of the concrete is vibratory energy, alive and aware, attuned to a dream we call daily life. If we approach that dream with an underlying vibration of love and affection, our experience is rich and full. And in this first class, The Song of the Dreamer, participants will have the opportunity to explore and tune the variety of tones they express in their daily lives, and discover an individual dream song, supported by joyous movement, to facilitate more conscious dreaming, awake and asleep.* * * Warning: The tracking exercises in this class may cause laughter. Class will be conducted in English only. If translation into another
language is needed, please make your own arrangements with Tensegrity
practitioners who are also signed up for this class.
Additionally, you will need a computer, a good internet connection, a web camera, computer microphone (built into most computers) and good enough speakers to be heard by all present. Class Schedule and Guidelines for computer 'connection' and a Release Form will be sent to you upon registration. WebEx is easy to use and does not require any software, just the ability to connect to a web link.
Online registration will close on Friday, March 25 at 10 am PST. To register by phone or email, please contact Cleargreen before 5pm on Thursday, March 24. Please arrive to the class at least 20 minutes early to get 'connected' and settle in. To participants in Los Angeles: Cancelled registrations will be refunded in full if made more than 48 hours prior to the class. No refund or credit will be available thereafter. |
